Me: And what is your identification number?

Caller: XZblah blah blah

Me: Now I actually show on your policy that prescriptions go through Pharmacare.

Caller: Why would you make me give you my ID number if I have to call someone else?

Me: I needed to know what group you were under to know who handled your Rx policy.

Caller: Well, I could have just told you that.

Me: We handle Rx for some of your groups members so I still would have had to ask for that.

Caller: Ugh, just gimme that number.

Me: Okay, it's 1-800-564-6546.

Caller: I bet their not even open early.... You guys suck.
