Caller: Can you tell me what drugs would be eligible?
Me: No, you would have to call Express Scripts.
Caller: Can you do an authorization for my prescription?
Me: No, you would have to call Express Scripts.
Caller: Can you send me a prescription id card?
Me: No, you would have to call Express Scripts.
Caller : What's my id with them?
Me: I don't know you would have to call Express Scripts for that information.
Caller: What was that number?

Amazingly, yes they are real live calls. Just one of the perks of working for an insurance company.
